I have an old short sword with a wooden handel and sheath. the blade and guard are one piece with an ornate oriental looking mountain scene. there is another piece of meatal that comes up from the wooden handel and has a clasp that loops around the short end of the guard to hold the blade in place, into the wooden handel ! the blade its self is wavy like a snake slithering. Do you have any Idea of a time period and or value ? if you need pics let me know. there are no numbers or markings that i can see. Please help me out ! Thanks Robert
